Domestic Investigations

The investigation of evidence in order to prove adultry is usually done through the surveillance of individuals. At John Roberson Investigations we use a minium of two investigators when we conduct moving surveillances. These two investigators use state of the art communications in order to remain in contact. In some instances GPS vehicle tracking systems are used to provide up to the minute information on the location of vehicles and maps to show everywhere the vehicle has been in the past seven days. We also will input information gathered into various computer data bases in an effort to identify other participants.

 

Our investigators will come to appear in court and provide testimony as evidence as well as any video tapes and/or still photographs to support our testimony.

People location generally begins with computer database checks. At John Roberson Investigations we subscribe to the most update computer data bases. However we do not merely run these checks and report the last address given.

 

We go further and verify the current address through other investigative techniques.

In an effort to enforce a court judgment John Roberson Investigations will look for real property, employment, bank and stock brokerage accounts. All of these searches are done on a national level.

 

We can also look for affiliations with companies and corporations on a national level. In some states we can identify automobiles, boats and airplanes that may be owned by the subject of the investigation.

Process Service and Subpoena Delivery

John Roberson Investigations will guarantee service of your court documents in the fifteen county metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia area. If you provide a good address and we don't serve the papers then you don't have to pay for the service. We also have extensive contacts in other parts of the state.

 

We will return to you our own notarized affidavit of service, or we will use one provided by your firm.

Insurance Fraud and False Claims Investigations

John Roberson Investigations will gather evidence of fraudulent claims through surveillance, utilizing still photographs and/or video tapes to support court testimony. We will conduct interviews with neighbors and associates of the claimant, and we will search documents for other evidence of false claims.

 

While working for the United States Customs Service, I investigated drug smuggling using general aviation aircraft, and encountered numerous false claims of aircraft theft and theft by conversion.

Computer Forensics and Electronic Discovery

At John Roberson Investigations, we can duplicate a hard drive and then utilize Guidance Software's EnCase Forensic Edition to recover what is on the drive. This procedure will usually reproduce any files that have been deleted as long as they have not been over written by other data. Our technician has over 25 years experience in the information technology field and has received specialized training in using Guidance Software's EnCase Forensic Edition. Data retrieved from a computer using Guidance Software has stood in court proceedings time after time as valid evidence.
